In order to log in to the LoginTC Admin Panel ensure you have an administrator token loaded on your LoginTC client. Sign Up and get an activation code emailed to you and install the LoginTC client on your phone to get started.
Available on all major mobile and desktop platforms
Once Sign Up is completed, an email titled "LoginTC Admin Panel Activation" is sent to your administrator email. It may take several minutes depending on your mail provider. Also check your spam folder for emails from "email@example.com".
If the email has still not arrived, request a token reset email.
In order to reset you administrator token request a token reset email.
An email titled "Token Reset Request" will be sent to your administrator email shortly afterwards.
Upon first login a recovery key is presented before landing on the dashboard the first time. The recovery key could have been copied to a local file, printed or downloaded as logintc-recovery-key.txt.
Alternatively please enter your 64-character organization API Key. The API key is found on the LoginTC Admin Settings page and is used to configure connectors.
